Special Orders


Ballistic Precision can help you find that perfect firearm.  We have access to a variety distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.  If we can't find you a particular firearm at a competitive price through our distributors and wholesales, we may be able to find you that firearm through a retailer or private party and do the transfer for you. Below is our special request form. Please read the following items carefully to ensure your form is correctly filled out and submitted.

By submitting this form, you agree to the following:



  • I understand that If the firearm is available for order, a 100% deposit covering the cost of the firearm (but not DROS, Transfer Fees, or State Tax) must be received before the order will be placed. Once the order has been placed, I will subject to a 25% restocking fee should I change my mind.
  • I understand that this is a request and that Ballistic Precision does not guarantee the availability of any item. Ballistic Precision will only take deposits, if the item(s) are available for order. In the event that a gun is not immediately available, Ballistic Precision will contact me at intervals to determine if I still want the item(s).

I understand that if the item becomes available, it cannot be guaranteed due to the fluctuating nature of distributor availability.
  • I am aware that time is of the essence and that a deposit must be placed as soon as possible as wholesale prices fluctuate. Failure to do so may result in a price change.
  • I am aware that should an item become available and a deposit is not placed, my special order form will be discarded and I will be required to fill out a new form should I still want the firearm.
  • I understand that once ordered, the the delivery of the item(s) may become delayed due to problems with manufacturing, distribution, and shipping. I understand that this is not the fault of Ballistic Precision.
  • I understand that Ballistic Precision does not deal in Class III items. Any and all special order requests for Class III items or accessories will be immediately discarded.
  • By submitting this form, I am acknowledging that I have read and fully understand Ballistic Precision's special order policy and process.
